Green Manufacturing Across the Vehicle Lifecycle Renewable energy supplies 52.77% of electricity used at the parent company’s vehicle manufacturing facilities, which include five national-level green factories and two zero-carbon factories. Its recycled aluminium and integrated die-casting technology can cut emissions by 80% compared with primary aluminium. Low-carbon aluminium use in JAECOO 7 SHS is approximately 75%. Recycling capacity includes 100,000 tonnes each of scrap steel and aluminium, plus 10,000 tonnes of waste plastics.
